The Leadership Resource Center is a bold new direction for the ASHP Foundation’s Center for Health-System Pharmacy Leadership, providing perspective, tools and opportunities for experienced, emerging and aspiring leaders to learn and hone new skills. It consists of component resources of value across practice settings and roles equally to positional – "Big L" – leaders and dispersed change leaders – "little l" – leaders.

The Leadership Resource Center provides four modules designed to enhance one's leadership knowledge and foster personal leadership development:  

• The Leadership Primer provides foundational concepts for leading in a complex world.
• The Leadership Self-Assessment offers personal insights into individual strengths and development opportunities.
• The Leader’s Toolkit offers awareness, user tips and access to worksheets for leadership tools you, your peers, colleagues and organizational leaders will find useful in everyday practice. 
• Learning Module: Leading for Influence and Advocacy
