The ASHP Foundation, in joint effort with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, created the Center for Health-System Pharmacy Leadership to address leadership issues within health-system pharmacy and to foster the development of effective leaders who can step into director of pharmacy and health care administrative positions.
