In this module, you will learn to:
1. Explain how and why the pharmacy enterprise strategic and operational plan must align with the organization’s preferred future.
2. Build organizational innovation and creativity capacity to advance all aspects of the medication-use process.
3. Describe effective leadership responses to regulatory, economic and market changes that impact safe and effective medication use.
4. Define and describe leadership skills necessary to advocate for change in local, state and federal health policy.
