Sharon Murphy Enright
Meet faculty member Sharon Enright and listen to her welcome message
!
Sharon Murphy Enright, B.S.Pharm, M.B.A., has been a consultant to health care provider organizations, including hospitals, health systems and health plans, physician practice groups, long-term-care organizations, health care associations and group practice organizations, the investor community and to the pharmaceutical and device industries for more than 20 years.
With a focus on leadership development, change management, strategic forecasting, quality and performance improvement, pharmaceutical marketing and safety of the medication-use process, Ms. Enright has been a speaker for a host of audiences and is a frequent contributor to the professional literature.
Ms. Enright completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists' (ASHP) Executive Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital and the ASHP Executive Residency. She subsequently served as the first ASHP Director of Membership Services and the first Director of the ASHP Division of Planning, Management and Reimbursement.
After leaving ASHP, she formed The Enright Group, an independent pharmacy consulting practice, which was acquired by Cardinal Health in 2000. She recently served as Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Health Science Advisory Services (HSAS) in Richmond, Virginia, with responsibility as service line leader for Managed Care and Medicare Part D service offerings within the Operations Efficiency and Pharmacy Solutions practice.
Ms. Enright is currently President of EnvisionChange LLC, Richmond, Virginia, focusing on skills-based training for leadership development, organizational transformation and change management.
