At the conclusion of the Case Study/Teleconference the participant will:
1. Apply the principles of creativity to project management.
2. Identify risks associated with change initiatives.
3. Identify road blocks or impediments that may reduce the chances for a successful change initiative.
4. Define and describe options for removing impediments to change.
5. Describe and plan for the use of the CHANGE model to guide pharmacy change initiatives.
