2. Describe how both fundamentals and differentiators contribute to a high performing pharmacy service.
3. Identify the steps leading to a medication safety program in your hospital.

At the conclusion of the Case Study/Teleconference the participant will:

1. Describe the components of the medication use process.

2. Describe how you as pharmacy leader oversee Medication Management in your hospital. 
3. Describe the organizational structure for review and oversight of medication management in your hospital.
4. List the action steps in your plan for improving the medication use process.
