University of Florida to Offer Graduate Credit for Academy

University of Florida to Offer Graduate Credits to 2009 Pharmacy Leadership Academy Participants

The University of Florida College of Pharmacy will offer 2009 Pharmacy Leadership Academy (PLA) participants the opportunity to earn graduate credit hours to be applied toward a Master of Science in Pharmacy Institutional Leadership, beginning in January 2009. Participants may also enroll as a non-degree candidate.

Academy participants who register with the College and who successfully complete the modules will receive from the College three graduate credits for four to five Academy completed modules, up to a total of six credits for all nine completed Academy modules. Academy participants who have received the 6 credits may then complete the Master of Science in Institutional Pharmacy Leadership online degree program by earning an additional 24 credits.

For additional information about the Master of Science in Institutional Pharmacy Leadership program go to http://pharmreg.dce.ufl.edu/index.html.  Questions about the College's graduate online programs should be directed to Program Director David Brushwood at brushwood@cop.ufl.edu.
