Program Overview The Pain and Palliative Care Traineeship Program is a tiered educational initiative that includes the following components: • Sign up now! Level 1 - Pain Management and Palliative Care Self-Assessment Tool (knowledge-based activity). Audience/eligibility: open access for pharmacists. • If you have completed Level 1, you may now sign up for: Level 2 - Application of the Principles of Pain Management and Palliative Care (application-based activity) • If you have successfully completed BOTH Levels 1 and 2, you may apply for Level 3 - Live Experiential Program (practice-based activity) during the next application cycle. These unique educational activities were designed so pharmacists can systematically acquire specific knowledge, skills, attitudes and performance behaviors to expand and enhance practice competencies in pain management and palliative care. The tiered program provides a series of educational activities that build on the preceding level.
