ASHP Foundation Board Perspectives

   Farewell to Jill Martin
For the past 2 years, Jill E. Martin has presided over the ASHP Foundation Board of Directors as our President. Now the time has come to bid her farewell – but not before we thank her for seeing us through a tremendous period of organizational growth and the many contributions she has made during that time.

Dr. Martin was instrumental in helping to bring the organization’s Strategic Plan to life. Under her leadership, the Foundation began to explore a new direction in fundraising. The creation of the Center for Health-System Pharmacy Leadership took place during her tenure. Finally, Dr. Martin was a fantastic ambassador for our work, connecting with ASHP members, Foundation program participants and the corporate community. She has an amazing gift for making people feel welcome, valued and appreciated. The ASHP Foundation greatly benefited from her knowledge, guidance, warmth and encouragement.

On behalf of the ASHP Foundation Board of Directors and staff, we would like to thank Dr. Martin for her stalwart leadership during an amazing time of change.

   Welcome to David Gaugh
