Empowering Pharmacists to Elevate Nutrition Care for Children and Adults in Critical Illnesses

The ASHP Foundation is excited to announce the selection of 17 residents and preceptors to participate in the Pharmacist Nutrition Support Patient-Care Impact Program.
 
Supported by an educational grant from Baxter and offered in collaboration with ASHP's Section on Clinical Specialists and Scientists, the Pharmacist Nutrition Support Patient-Care Impact Program enables participants to enhance their skills to optimize the safe and effective nutritional support needs of patients. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on their organizations by completing a longitudinal project.
