The ASHP Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the inaugural ASHP Foundation Compounding Sterile Preparations (CSP) Training Awards.

The sterile compounding training is a 1 ½ day immersive program to train and assess the competency of individuals assigned by an organization to be responsible and accountable for sterile compounding operations. It includes live didactic and practical sessions on viable sampling plans, restoring cleanroom certification after excursions, and CSP use times from compounding to administration.
ASHP Foundation CSP Training Awards are supported by donations to the Lawrence A. Trissel Pharmacy Legacy Fund, which supports initiatives that advance pharmacy workforce training in leading research or compounding sterile preparations.
