What is #GivingTuesday?

#GivingTuesday is a movement to create a national day of giving to kick-off the giving season on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. In the same way that retail stores take part in Black Friday, we want the giving community to come together for #GivingTuesday. This national day of giving celebrates and encourages charitable activities that support nonprofit organizations. #GivingTuesday is “an opening day to the giving season.”

Make twice the impact!

Our #GivingTuesday campaign is part of our Match Campaign to Move Pharmacy Forward. All donations will be matched, dollar for dollar, by our corporate sponsors, Omnicell, Samson Medical Technologies, and Novo Nordisk.

How can you get involved?

Get involved and give back on #GivingTuesday with your time, talents, and treasures by becoming a #GivingTuesday Ambassador! During this national day of giving, it’s easy to get involved. And it’s easy to be an Ambassador! Our Ambassadors help us amplify our message and encourage fundraising on #GivingTuesday by sharing our posts and messages on their own social media networks.
 
Let others know why supporting the pharmacy profession and workforce is important to advance pharmacy practice and improve health outcomes for patients.
