Advancing Pharmacists' Nutrition Care of Children and Adults with Critical Illnesses
The ASHP Foundation is pleased to announce that 14 residents and preceptors were selected to participate in the Pharmacist Nutrition Support Patient-Care Impact Program. Supported by an educational grant from Baxter and offered in collaboration with ASHP’s Section on Clinical Specialists and Scientists, the Pharmacist Nutrition Support Patient-Care Impact Program enables participants to enhance their skills to optimize the safe and effective nutritional support needs of patients and provide immediate impact to organizations by completing a longitudinal project.
