ASHP Foundation Announces 2017 Pharmacy Practice Advancement Demonstration Recipients
The ASHP Foundation awarded funding to two pharmacist investigators through the 2016-2017 Pharmacy Practice Advancement Demonstration Grant program. This program supports demonstration projects related to practice advancement and that encourage increased pharmacist leadership on patient care teams to advance patient care and outcomes.
The grant recipients, each of whom received a grant of up to $75,000, will study issues related to transitions of care and opioid dependence.
