Fresenius Kabi to Support the ASHP Foundation During the 2022 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition

For the sixth year in a row, Fresenius Kabi has generously committed to donate $20 (up to $20,000) to the ASHP Foundation for every attendee who participates in the Shine a Light on Pharmacy activity at their booth during the 2022 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition.

Shine a Light on Pharmacy is an interactive installation at the Fresenius Kabi booth (#2137) in the Exhibit Hall at Midyear that highlights the expanded role of pharmacist in the patient care journey. 

Fresenius Kabi invites all Midyear attendees to complete the sentence “Pharmacists are…” by adding a LED light to the word that best emulates their experience as a pharmacist – words such as essential, resilient, safety-focused, indispensable, and more. Each light added to the installation represents a $20 donation to the Foundation. 

Fresenius Kabi has a long history of supporting pharmacy research and education through its charitable support of the ASHP Foundation. Together, the ASHP Foundation and Fresenius Kabi foster excellence in pharmacy practice through education, research, and recognizing the efforts that drive innovation to improve patient care and medication safety.
