ASHP Foundation Announces 2018 Pharmacy Resident Practice-Based Research Grantees

The ASHP Foundation announced that funding has been awarded to six pharmacy resident researchers through the 2018 Pharmacy Resident Practice-Based Research Grant Program. This program supports quality research that advances pharmacy practice and is conducted by pharmacy residents partnered with senior investigators. 

The grantees, each of whom received a grant of up to $5,000, will study critical healthcare issues related to disease management, medication management and safety, and transitions of care. See more information about each study below:
