Lifetime Giving Societies

The ASHP Foundation is grateful for the support of our most committed donors, and we celebrate them through our four lifetime giving societies.

Lifetime Giving Society members from all four societies are leaders in pharmacy who truly understand and appreciate the value that leadership development, health-services research, and continued education and innovation have on advancing pharmacy practice. Through their continued donations, year in and year out, their support ensures that our pharmacy workforce is prepared with the education and proven research results to improve patient health.

Here are some of the ways that donations from our prestigious Lifetime Society members make a strong and tangible impact and investment to move pharmacy forward.

• Ensuring a strong pharmacy workforce by awarding over $4.5 million in research funding since 2004.
• Supporting ASHP’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through five grants of $10,000 each in 2021 to early stage pharmacist conducting research on pivotal DEI topics.
• Developing the leadership skills for pharmacists by graduating over 1,000 emerging leaders from the Pharmacy Leadership Academy.

The Diamond Society recognizes donors who have contributed $100,000 or more throughout their lifetime.  

In recognition of their generous support, Diamond Society donors receive a number of exclusive benefits.  Benefits include, but are not limited to:

• Multiple recognitions, including a Diamond Society ribbon for your badge at ASHP national meetings and your name listed as a Diamond Society donor on the ASHP Foundation website 
• Your name listed as a Diamond Society donor on a special recognition display at ASHP headquarters
• Special Diamond Society reception at ASHP national meetings
• ”In the Know” advance notice of programs and initiatives
• A special ASHP Foundation donor report 
• Invitation to participate in select  ASHP Foundation webinars on topics of interest

The Emerald Society recognizes lifetime donors who have contributed between $50,000 - $99,999.

In recognition of their generous support, Emerald Society donors receive a number of exclusive benefits.  Benefits include, but are not limited to:

• Multiple recognitions, including an Emerald Society ribbon for your badge at ASHP national meetings and your name listed as an Emerald Society donor on the ASHP Foundation website 
• Your name listed as an Emerald Society donor on a special recognition display at ASHP headquarters
• Special Emerald Society reception at ASHP national meetings

The Sapphire Society recognizes lifetime donors who have contributed between $25,000 - $49,999.

In recognition of their generous support, Sapphire Society donors receive a number of exclusive benefits.  Benefits include, but are not limited to:

The Pearl Society recognizes lifetime donors who have contributed between $10,000 - $24,999.

In recognition of their generous support, Pearl Society donors receive a number of exclusive benefits.  Benefits include, but are not limited to:
