ASHP Midyear Travel Award Program
Presented by the ASHP Foundation and #PharmGradWishlist
The ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition provides opportunities for pharmacy students to network and engage with pharmacy professionals, educators, and leaders and, most importantly, plan for the next phase of their careers.
The ASHP Midyear Travel Award Program is a competitive initiative to promote diversity and inclusivity in the future pharmacy workforce for individuals pursuing postgraduate training, residency, or fellowships.
To be considered, applicants must expect to graduate from pharmacy school in December 2024 or Spring 2025, and must meet a range of additional criteria, including self-identification with racially and/or ethnically minoritized group(s). The Travel Award recipients receive a travel stipend, full registration for the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition, and a one-year ASHP Student Membership.
At least 20 recipients will be awarded.
We are no longer accepting applications for this program.
The ASHP Midyear Travel Awards Program is offered by the ASHP Foundation in partnership with #PharmGradWishlist and supported by donations from Marvin Samson, Apexus, and individual donors.

- Application Opened: August 1, 2024
- Application Deadline: Sept. 3, 2024
