Research Advisory Council

The purpose of the Council is to advise the Board in its review and oversight of the Foundation’s programmatic work in health services research and developing researchers. 

Annually the Council provides input on the Foundation’s research agenda, assuring that is aligned with, and supportive of, critical priorities for ASHP, the pharmacy profession, patients, organizations and healthcare. A focus area for this upcoming term is to provide input on member and organizational needs related to enhancing the capacity to do research, including developing researchers, resources and innovative research models.
