Research Advisory Council

The purpose of the Council is to advise the Board in its review and oversight of the Foundation’s programmatic work in health services research and developing researchers.

Annually, the Council provides input on the Foundation’s research agenda, ensuring it aligns with and supports critical priorities for ASHP, the pharmacy profession, patients, organizations, and healthcare. A focus area for this upcoming term is to provide input on member and organizational needs related to enhancing the capacity to do research, including developing researchers, resources, and innovative research models.
